It appears that The Providence, the awesome looking residential redevelopment in the 1500 block of 11th Street (discussed here), is almost complete! I really like how it's turned out and can't wait to welcome some new neighbors to 11th Street!

Wow, that's beautiful! It would be cool to see that carpet shop transformed, too!
Well I've never stepped foot in it but I've always wanted to. I assume a business on the up-and-up and a good neighbor. And it appears to have been there for quite a while, so power to the small business peeps.
I inquired about the Providence, and the lofts are going to be for sale for between 700 and 800k, so be prepared to welcome some RICH new neighbors. :-)
Beautiful Condos. Went by this past Sunday. The penthouses are some of the best i have seen in the city. The quality BLOWS away the competition. I checked the Developers website also. Impressive track record. A friend of mine lives at the condos they built on Capitol Hill and loves it. She has been there for about 2 years.

I actually don't mind the carpet shop (though I could do without their banners).

I stand corrected on the carpet shop. :) I wonder if they have good deals on carpet and granite there?
