Remember this post from last November about a new project underway in the 1500 block of 11th Street? Well, this morning I noticed a new banner on the building advertising the project's name (The Providence Eleventh Street Lofts), a delivery date (Fall 2008), and a website, www.theprovidencelofts.com/. Judging from the website, it looks like this project's going to bring eight really cool units to the booming 11th Street corridor.It appears that the project's exterior work is almost complete.

I just went by there today while jogging. Is this NEW construction? If so, bravo- I thought it was a conversion of a cool old building!
tom - the top three floors are all new construction. The first floor (at least the facade...) is an old building that influenced and has been incorporated into the design.
these units are VERY cool. It blows the competition away. The penthouse units are some of the best i have seen anywhere in the city.
