Pipeline: Howard Town Center

The Washington Business Journal reports that five real estate teams are bidding to develop Howard Town Center, a long-planned 2.2-acre project between Eighth Street and Georgia Avenue on the north side of V Street NW. The project will bring 300 market-rate apartments and 70,000 square feet of retail, including a grocery store to the site. A developer should be selected later this year, and the project could be complete in three years.
