Drew submits this photograph showing that the recently emptied used car lot in the 1300 block of 9th Street is officially for sale!With the adjacent building also for sale, there is potential for a fantastic and large development on this block of 9th!
The current proposal for the "vacant lot" on the right in the photo is to pave it and use it as a parking lot. The building on the left of the photo is in the process of being sold (? price) with assurances to the author by the real estate company that the stable in the rear is going to be preserved. Every address in Naylor Court is protected since this alley has been on the National Register of Historic Landmark Properties since 1990.
