Shaw EcoVillage is having a happy hour fundraiser at JoJo Restaurant & Bar, 1518 U Street, tonight from 6:30 until 9:30. This amazing non-profit invites you to join them at Jojo to learn how to contribute to youth sustainable development in the neighborhood, to exchange ideas, and to sustain D.C. livable communities. And to enjoy $2.50 Coronas, domestics, and rail drinks and $1 off all other drinks. . .
Shaw EcoVillage, founded in 1998, is a 501(c)3 organization whose mission is to develop youth leaders to be catalyst for sustainable change in our urban neighborhoods. Their two main programs are the Chain Reaction Youth Bike Shop and EcoDesign Corps.
