Developer Holds to Summer Start Date for Kelsey Gardens Redevelopment

DCMUD reports that Metropolitan Development still intends to commence construction on its mixed use, high density and beautiful Addison Square development this summer. This report accords with what MetDev told us at the development forum hosted by Shaw Main Streets last fall (summarized here).
