The Nine Gets Painted

Since my last report, there has been a lot of progress on mixed use condo/retail project known as the The Nine in the 1300 block of Ninth Street. Today, workers are painting the exterior facade. I imagine the goal of this is to underscore the dramatic and beautiful transformation of 1316 Ninth Street, which was until recently just a vacant eyesore.
