Broadcast Center One Still to Break Ground in 2008?

I hope so, but I am extremely skeptical because of the credit markets for construction financing and Radio One performance (or lack thereof).
My main concern is that this has been dragging on for the last year. There is no sign there (I walk past it everyday), yet the city gave several million dollars (taxpayer money) to help move this along. There is no transparency regarding this project and I think that is unfair. The credit market will provide them with an excuse to postpone the project, but this is ridiculous!
