I'm amazed by the infill that's taken place on 11th Street in recent years. Several new boutique condominium buildings now line the street, giving life to a once fairly desolate stretch. One example of such development is the new building known as the Renaissance at Logan, pictured right and located at 1618 11th Street, NW. This development features sixteen units. According to Urban Land Company's website, the units are "light-filled . . . with Viking appliances, slate and wood floors, bay windows, chic imported Spanish tile baths and much more."
