Any idea how outrageous a price of $1.5 million is? Anyone know how much Be Bar paid for their place and would it be comparable?

1.5 might not be out of line, shes a big one. a 7k sq ft shell at NJ & N went for around 1 mil not too long ago & that was straight up residential...
