CityMarket HUD Loan Approved by the Central Loan Committee

Yesterday there was progress on CityMarket at O's HUD financing, which is crucial to the project starting:  the Central Loan Committee approved the loan deal.  Congrats, Roadside!  There are still more things to happen before the loan closes, but it's a great step in the right direction. Read more at the CityMarket at O blog here.
