Carnegie Library Could Be Visitors Center
The Washington Post has the details on the Washington Convention and Sports Authority's negotiations with the city and the Historical Society of Washington, D.C., to open a visitors center in the gorgeous and historic library across from the Walter E. Washington Convention Center. I think this could be an excellent use for the building and a great start to enlivening the square.
