It is very exciting to know that these notable properties across from the convention center will be restored to their former glory. The 1200 block of 9th Street has seen quite a bit of change and investment in the past two years. Among other improvements to the block include the gorgeous building renovations by Bell Architects and Wag Time and the openings of Old City Green, D'Vine Bakery and Cafe, and Old Dominion Brewhouse. Hopefully the momentum will continue and the few remaining un-transformed properties will experience a renaissance also.
