The great development blog DCMud reports on the details of a five unit building soon to deliver in the 1900 block of 8th Street, with renderings of the same.
The DCMud post also reports on some of the exciting developments in the pipeline for the area, including the Howard Town Center project, a few parcels along U Street that have been slated for redevelopment by WMATA, Ellis Development's recently-approved redevelopment of the Howard Theater, and other in-the-works efforts like Broadcast Center One, the Wonder Bread Factory and O Street Market.
