The Washington Business Journal reports that the WCCA has issued an RFP "for a retail broker and property manager to oversee 12 outside retail spaces at Walter E. Washington Convention Center."
awesome, so does this mean that they'll actually get someone competent whose first thought isn't how to try to run the retail we have now out of the place?

Apostle Green from UHOP at one time was the Broker for the Convention Center retail space. Does that tell you something?
