Support Roadside Development's O Street Market Proposal TODAY!

As reported at ANC Commissioner Kevin Chapple's forum, time is of the essence to show your support for Roadside Development's development plans for the City Market at O Street. Download a petition (available in pdf or word courtesy of Commissioner Chapple), sign it, and either bring it to tonight's ANC2C meeting (which is tonight at 6:30pm at the Chinatown Cultural Center, 616 H Street NW, Second Floor) or fax it to Roadside today at 202.375.7978.

Your show of support for Roadside is needed because the Board of Zoning Adjustment (BZA) has expressed concerns about the heights of the current Roadside design (concerns which I do not think validly correlate with community input and desires regarding this project). I think the density of this project is a very good thing for our area and for responsible growth of D.C. generally. I'm unsure if I can make it to tonight's ANC meeting, so am faxing it in today just in case.
