Broadcast Center One Groundbreaking Nears
As reported with recent renderings here and as also reported here, Broadcast Center One has just a few more hoops to jump through before moving forward. Groundbreaking on this mixed use project at 7th Street between S and T Streets NW should occur by February 2008, with a targeted completion date for the second quarter of 2010.

This is great news for Shaw. If anyone has any news about the delays for the O street Market development please let us know!
I hope with this new development, the decades old open air drug market @ 7th & T will go away.
