Logan Hardware Opening Store in CityVista

The popular and convenient Logan Hardware has signed on to be a retail tenant in CityVista. The store will be named Fifth Street Hardware and should open next spring (construction permitting). Like the P Street shop, it will be a two story space; unlike its P Street counterpart, it will feature an elevator.

CityVista, located on 5th Street between K and L, is a major mixed use development sure to have a positive impact on Shaw. In addition to bringing many new owners and renters to the area (about 450 condominiums and 250 apartments), CityVista will also give us a new "urban lifestyle Safeway," a Results gym, a SunTrust Bank, a Starbucks, and a Bergmann's Dry Cleaners.

I think there is a strong demand for a hardware store in this section of town, and I look forward to being able to grab some home supplies when making Safeway runs next year!

This is GREAT news! I can't wait for this development to finally be finished. It'll benefit us down here in PQ too.

I can't wait for all that to open at City Vista. The main thing I am excited about is the Safeway. I absolutely loathe our local Giant where you have to stand in line for hours, and it will be so nice to have an alternative to the Giant and Whole Paycheck.

Wonderful news! As a purchaser of one of the CityVista condos, the more I hear about the development, the more excited I get!
